My Training
I’ve practiced meditation intensely over the past three decades, focusing primarily on the Zen, Vipassana, and non-dual traditions. My teachers have included Charlotte Joko Beck, Tara Brach, and Adyashanti. In 2019, I graduated from the Mindfulness Training Institute in Berkeley, California, and became a certified meditation teacher, under the direction of Mark Coleman and Martin Aylward. Since then, I’ve taught meditation in the San Francisco Bay Area and online, as well as serving as a mentor for MTI’s training program.
